Fajita Marinade
Southwestern flavor with ease - just combine prepared salsa and Italian dressing. Add Equal and lime juice for a sweet/tart flavor that enhances beef or pork.
Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup prepared salsa
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Equal® Spoonful*
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
* May substitute 1-1/2 packets Equal sweetener

Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork or beef in glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
- Drain meat. Grill, brushing with additional as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.
