Ingredients

1-1/2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
* May substitute 3 packets Equal sweetener

Preparation
- Beat ricotta cheese, vanilla and Equal® in mixing bowl on medium speed of mixer until light and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Use as a spread on scones or as a topping for fruit.
