Ingredients

1 cup brewed dark roast coffee
1 Tbsp. Equal® Spoonful or 1 1/2 packets of Equal sweetener
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup steamed whole milk
2 Tbsp. almond flavored syrup
Crushed whole roasted almonds (optional)

Preparation

  • Mix coffee with Equal and cocoa powder in a large heated cup.
  • Top with steamed milk and add almond-flavored syrup. (To steam milk, simply place cold milk in a microwave-safe cup and heat in the microwave for 1 minute on high.)
  • Stir to mix and garnish with a sprinkle of crushed almonds.

Makes 1 12-ounce cup
