Serves 8 PRALINE TOPPING 2/3 cup chopped pecans 16 packets Equal® sweetener 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup 2 tablespoons butter, melted PIE FILLING Pastry for single crust 9-inch pie 2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds) 12 packets Equal sweetener 2 eggs 1 teaspoon rum extract OR 2 tablespoons rum 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1-1/2 cups evaporated nonfat milk Substitute 2/3 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
