Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves 2 dozen
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 packets Equal® sweetener 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
Substitute 1/3 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
