Chai Latte

A healthy version of a popular drink that's easy to make. Equal provides the sweetness and 2% milk reduces the fat. So enjoy this often!

Ingredients

1/2 cup very warm 2% or fat-free milk*
1/2 cup hot strongly brewed Constant Comment tea (tea with orange and sweet spices)
1 tablespoon Equal® Spoonful**
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves


* NOTE: To warm milk in a microwave, place in glass container and heat on HIGH 30 to 40 seconds.
** May substitute 1-1/2 packets Equal sweetener

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in beverage mug until blended. Serve immediately.
